According to police reports the incident occurred around 12:46 p.m. at the Route 30 Laundromat, located at 905 Plainfield Road. Officers arrived to find Oscar Nicolas Alonso Ortiz, 26, from Joliet, allegedly in possession of a knife at the scene.
