Tinley Park, IL – Seniors in Tinley Park will have the opportunity to engage with law enforcement and learn about services provided by the Secretary of State at the upcoming S.A.L.T. (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together) meeting. The event is scheduled for individuals aged 55 and over and will take place at the Jogmen Center of the Tinley Park Police Department.
According to the Village of Tinley Park Public Safety announcement, Bill Bogdan from the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office will present on a range of topics, including driver’s license requirements and placards. The presentation aims to inform seniors and facilitate interaction with law enforcement to enhance safety and reduce criminal victimization among the elderly.
The meeting is set for Monday, March 4, at 1 p.m., fostering community relations as part of the broader TRIAD initiative.
