Wanted Indiana Man Arrested After Reporting Unrelated Harassment

La Porte, IN – A wanted man was arrested Tuesday evening after calling authorities on an unrelated call.

According to sheriff’s reports, Kyle S. Terusiak, aged 28, was apprehended by deputies from the La Porte County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) following his own harassment complaint. LCSO reports around 5:15 PM, Deputies were dispatched to a residence on the 2700 east block of CR 450 South. Prior to their arrival, it was confirmed that Terusiak, the complainant, had an outstanding warrant for rape, classified as an F3 felony.

This arrest warrant originated from an investigation led by Detective Alex Pishkur, which began on November 12, 2023. A sealed arrest warrant was subsequently issued for Terusiak on January 5th. LCSO’s Warrants Division had been actively seeking Terusiak since the issuance of the warrant.

Upon arrival at the residence, deputies promptly detained Terusiak and transported him to the La Porte County Jail (LCJ). Currently, he remains in custody at LCJ with a cash-only bond set at $25,005.00, as mandated by the La Porte County Circuit Court.
