Weekend Weather Alert for La Crosse: Thunderstorms Likely

La Crosse, WI – Residents of La Crosse should prepare for a mix of weather conditions this weekend, with thunderstorms expected and temperatures running below normal. According to the US National Weather Service in La Crosse, a series of thunderstorms is likely to occur late Thursday night through Friday night.

Forecasts predict temperatures on Thursday to range from a high of 81°F to a low of 57°F, with storm chances peaking at 60-80%. Friday’s temperatures will range from 70°F to 77°F, with storms continuing through the day and into the evening. These thunderstorms could bring localized heavy rainfall, so residents should stay alert for any weather advisories.

The weather will shift as the weekend progresses. On Saturday, expect partly cloudy skies with temperatures ranging from 73°F to 83°F. Nighttime temperatures will drop significantly to between 46°F and 55°F, providing a cooler respite. Sunday will follow with partly cloudy conditions, and temperatures are expected to peak at 74°F, with lows between 46°F and 57°F.

Early next week, Monday will see temperatures ranging from 54°F to 75°F under partly cloudy skies. However, another round of thunderstorms is anticipated on Tuesday, with temperatures climbing from 59°F to a high of 81°F. By Wednesday, the weather will stabilize slightly, featuring mostly clear skies with temperatures ranging from 63°F to 80°F.
