Wheaton, IL – Residents and visitors to Wheaton should prepare for temporary street closures this Saturday morning due to the annual Wiesbrook Tiger Trot. Key roads including Wiesbrook Road and Orchard Road between Durfee Road and Butterfield Road will be closed from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. to accommodate the race. Additional closures will affect surrounding streets in unincorporated areas managed by DuPage County.

According to the City of Wheaton Government, these precautions are to ensure the safety of all participants as they navigate the 5K route, which winds through the local neighborhood, starting and finishing at Wiesbrook School. Local authorities have urged drivers to exercise caution and respect the temporary signs and barricades. The race route map and further details can be found on the city’s official website.
