BRADLEY, IL – A woman who was recently kicked out of a friend’s Bradley home is now facing charges of burglary and property damage.

The suspect, identified as Marocka Greenlee, 43, of Johnston City, allegedly returned to the residence earlier this week and absconded with various possessions, including keys to a local business on West Broadway.

Bradley Police responded swiftly to the incident after the victim reported a missing laptop from the business premises, alongside extensive key scratches on their car. Authorities, on high alert, apprehended the suspect as she circled the vicinity in her vehicle.

When questioned by the police, Greenlee claimed she was returning the items. Greenlee was charged with residential burglary and criminal damage in excess of $10,000.

She is now being held at the Jerome Combs Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
