Woodridge, IL – Residents and commuters in Woodridge are advised of a significant road closure beginning February 5th due to sewer construction work.
According to the Woodridge Police Department, the intersection of Woodridge Drive at Crabtree Avenue will be closed for sanitary sewer installation. This closure affects the stretch between Crabtree and Jonquil on Woodridge Drive and is scheduled to last from February 5th through February 9th, weather permitting.
Motorists traveling through the area will encounter detour signs directing them to an alternate route. The detour for southbound traffic on Woodridge Drive involves going west on Crabtree Avenue, south on Westview Lane, and then east on Everglade Avenue back to Woodridge Drive. Northbound traffic will follow the reverse path.
