Nashville Stabbing: Police Search for Suspect After Violent Incident in Walk of Fame Park

Nashville, TN – Police are intensifying efforts to find Jerald Marquese Sanford, 33, who is wanted for an alleged stabbing incident on March 31 at Walk of Fame Park. The male victim reported that Sanford allegedly approached him demanding money and subsequently attacked him with a knife, resulting in a neck laceration.

According to Nashville Central Precinct detectives, after the altercation, Sanford fled on foot. The injured man was swiftly taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of a severe neck wound. Authorities have since issued an attempted criminal homicide warrant for Sanford.
