Harvey, IL — Skyline Provisions, Inc., based in Harvey, Illinois, is recalling about 5,620 pounds of raw ground beef due to potential foreign matter contamination, as announced by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

The recall includes two products: “SKYLINE PROVISIONS, INC. GROUND BEEF 81/19” and “GROUND BEEF 75/25,” each in 20-pound boxes with specific item numbers.
