Kankakee, IL – The Kankakee Public Library is set to host a festive Winter Market on Saturday, December 9, featuring local handmade goods.

Slated to run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event promises to be the perfect opportunity to purchase holiday gifts while supporting local artists. According to event organizers, the market will feature over two dozen unique vendors on the library’s 4th floor.

In a bid to accommodate all visitors, the venue is ADA accessible, and parking is available at the library, the Farmers Market parking lot, and other downtown locations. Shoppers can continue their local support by visiting participating businesses in the Downtown Kankakee area after the market.
