Schaumburg Mall Armed Robbery: Quick Arrest at Woodfield Mall

SCHAUMBURG, IL – Days following the bustling Christmas season, Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg became the scene of an attempted armed robbery. 

The incident, which occurred during a busy period of holiday returns, happened around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, leading to a prompt response from the Schaumburg Police Department.

Authorities were quick to act, arresting one suspect in connection with the robbery. Despite the heightened tension and the crowd due to post-holiday returns, there were no injuries reported.
