Bolingbrook Armed Robbery at Local Best Buy Prompts Police Response

Bolingbrook, IL – On Thursday, December 28th, Bolingbrook Police were called to the Best Buy store at 315 N Weber Rd following a report of an armed robbery. 

According to the police, the incident involved an offender who, after presenting several items to the cashier, displayed a handgun and fled with the goods. The suspect is described as a black male, around 6 feet tall, dressed in all black with a face mask. He was seen leaving in a black sedan without license plates, heading west on Boughton Rd. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.

The Bolingbrook Police Department is actively investigating the case and urges anyone with information to come forward.
