Normal, IL – The Normal Police Department has taken to social media for their “Manhunt Monday,” requesting public help in identifying a man they compared to a classic Disney character who allegedly made threats to an employee after making insensitive comments. 

According to police reports the individual, termed by police as “Mr. Blue Shirt,” has become the focus of an unconventional search as authorities provide ways for the community to safely provide information. Few details have been made surrounding the incident other than the alleged threats made during the encounter.
