Stolen Firearm with Extended Magazine Found in Wanted Peoria Man’s Vehicle

PEORIA, IL – In a startling discovery early Sunday morning, Peoria Police reportedly spotted a semi-automatic handgun with an extended magazine in 25-year-old Javion A. Younger’s vehicle. 

According to police reports the incident occurred around 3:51 a.m., as Younger, a wanted individual, entered his car on N. MacArthur, later moving to W. Main Street. The weapon was confirmed stolen. Alongside this, Younger was arrested for multiple charges and taken to Peoria County Jail.
