School Resource Officer’s Tip Leads to Drug Arrests in Rensselaer, Indiana

Rensselaer, Indiana — A tip from a school resource officer led to multiple drug arrests in Rensselaer. 

According to police reports Rensselaer Police, acting on information about narcotics use at a residence with children, executed a search warrant on December 13 in the 600 block of N. Cullen Street. The operation reportedly uncovered suspected Methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, paraphernalia, Marijuana, and Psilocybin Mushrooms. 

Residents Lauren Marlatt, 34, Autumn Tracy, 27, and Brandon Calhoun, 24, were arrested on various allegations of drug-related charges. Marlatt faces additional counts of alleged child neglect. The Jasper County Department of Child Services is involved in the ongoing investigation.
