Chicago, IL – The National Weather Service in Chicago predicts a likely shift in weather conditions for Monday, with showers and scattered thunderstorms expected to roll in. 

Following a warm and windy Sunday, the forecast indicates a 60-80% chance of thunderstorms Monday and into the night, ahead of a cold front slated to sweep across the region. This front is projected to bring a noticeable drop in temperature by Tuesday morning.
