Grant Park Police Investigate Mysterious Truck Crash near Lake Metonga

GRANT PARK, Ill. – A truck found crashed near a Lake Metonga Saturday has left local officials searching for answers, including where is the driver?

According to Grant Park Police reports, a Chevy truck sporting Peotone dealership plates careened into a tree sometime over the weekend, leaving authorities scrambling to find the driver or owner of the since abandoned vehicle. The condition of the driver remains unknown.
