Homewood Heist Alert: Masked Gunman Targets Subway Register

Homewood, IL – A daring armed robbery unfolded today at a Subway on 18350 Governors Highway. 

According to reports it happened around 10:02 AM Monday when an unidentified masked suspect brandished a handgun, demanding cash from the register. Escaping with an undisclosed sum, the perpetrator remains at large. Thankfully, no injuries were sustained. 

The Homewood Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit seeks information from the public at 708/206-3420.
