Kendall County, IL – A Sandwich resident, 21-year-old Eddie Brown, faces multiple felony charges after an investigation by the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office into allegedly stolen motorcycles.
According to Kendall County investigators, a probe began on Halloween when deputies were alerted to the theft of off-road motorcycles in unincorporated Oswego. The turning point in the case came when items believed to be stolen were reportedly found for sale on an online marketplace. This discovery led to the execution of a search warrant at a home in the 0-100 block of Whitney Way in unincorporated Montgomery, culminating in Brown’s arrest and the recovery of numerous pieces of evidence.
Brown has been charged with two counts of Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and one count of Online Sale of Stolen Property, each a Class 2 felony, after review with the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office. Currently held at the Kendall County Jail, Brown awaits a pre-trial conditions hearing.
