Bloomington, IL – The Bloomington Police Department is seeking public help to find April Capsel, a missing woman from Chicago.
April, 33, was reported missing on 07/05/23 and was last seen in Streator, IL, on 07/01/23. She is described as a 5’07” white female, weighing 168 lbs., with dark blonde to light brown hair and blue eyes.
