Garbi was involved in a two-vehicle accident on June 2nd, 2020, at the intersection of West Grand Ridge Road and South Verona Road. Sheriff Ken Briley reported that Ellen Hack, 65, was extricated from her vehicle, which was on fire at the time of the incident. Hack passed away on June 19th, 2020, due to her injuries.
