Missouri Traffic Alert: Lane Reductions on U.S. Route 54 in Jefferson City

Jefferson City, MO – Drivers on U.S. Route 54 can expect significant delays starting later this month.

According to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction over U.S. Route 50 from the Missouri River Bridge to Missouri Boulevard. This traffic shift is expected to continue through early September, affecting daily commuters and weekend travelers. MoDOT advises planning alternate routes or allowing extra travel time.
