BRADLEY – Who is abandoning pumpkins across town?

That’s what neighbors are asking today after multiple people were spotted Tuesday morning leaving lit pumpkins on doorsteps in the community.

According to one neighbor, who posted a video to the ring app, one person was spotted at 2 a.m. on their doorstep with a Jack-O-Lantern in hand.

The video has since been viewed by 1,000 neighbors, calling the incident “fishy” “creepy” and “malicious kindness” while others said they’d be “giddy” if someone left them a pumpkin.  The  incident was classified by the homeowner as a ‘property disturbance.’

At least two other individuals were reported leaving pumpkins at various homes throughout the community last night.  Other neighbors are worried this could be a method of tagging homes for criminals.

No group has yet to claim responsibility for the abandoned pumpkins.  So what would you call it?  Are you worried a pumpkin could be left abandoned at your door?
