According to the New York City Fire Department’s recent social media posts, these historical pieces were vital in bringing a genuine 18th-century atmosphere to the ghostly tale.

Visitors and fans are encouraged to explore Ladder 8, one of New York’s oldest firehouses, and to delve into the city’s heroic past at the FDNY Museum located at 278 Spring Street.
