Orland Hills, IL – Eight Sustain Non-Life-Threatening Injuries in Sports Clips Car Crash

ORLAND HILLS, IL – A car slammed into a Sports Clips hair salon in Orland Hills on Sunday, resulting in eight people sustaining non-life-threatening injuries. 

The incident, which took place in the 9200 block of South 159th Street around 2 p.m., saw emergency responders from the Orland Fire Protection District (OFPD) rushing to the scene. According to reports, the vehicle crashed through the salon’s south-facing wall before reversing and colliding with several parked cars.

The OFPD provided photos showing extensive damage following the crash. Out of the eight injured, four were taken to local hospitals, while the others were treated on the scene. The Orland Hills Police Department is conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the incident. Updates are expected as more information becomes available.
