CASS COUNTY, Mich. – In a tragic turn of events, a two-year-old child lost their life in a devastating incident involving a trailer in Michigan.

On Friday, Sep. 1, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the incident unfolded in the 13000 block of Carter Lake Road. Michigan State Police rushed to the scene but, regrettably, were unable to prevent the heart-wrenching outcome.

Preliminary reports suggest that the toddler had unintentionally strayed into the perilous space between a truck and the trailer just moments before a family member moved the vehicle, resulting in the child’s tragic death.
