Davenport, IA – Residents of eastern Iowa and northwestern Illinois can expect a mixed bag of weather in the coming days. Today, isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible mainly south of a Sigourney to Galesburg line through midday, with dry conditions expected elsewhere. Temperatures will range from the upper 70s to low 80s.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS) Quad Cities, warm and dry conditions will prevail on Friday with temperatures reaching the low to mid-80s and comfortable humidity levels. Saturday and Sunday will see a rise in humidity, bringing chances for showers and thunderstorms, particularly from Saturday night into Sunday. Temperatures are forecasted to range from the mid to upper 80s.

The detailed hourly forecast for today shows clear conditions with wind gusts up to 11 mph. Temperatures will start at 64°F in the morning, climbing to a high of 84°F by afternoon. Friday will also remain clear, with a high of 84°F. Saturday’s high will be 87°F, while Sunday will reach 86°F.

Next week, a mix of clear and stormy conditions is anticipated. Monday and Tuesday may bring showers, with highs around 90°F and 88°F, respectively. The rest of the week will see temperatures rising into the 90s, with mostly clear skies.
