St. Louis, MO – Officer-Involved Shooting Results in Suspect’s Death, No Injuries to Police

St. Louis, MO – An officer-involved shooting occurred Friday morning near 14th & Market Streets in St. Louis, resulting in the death of a suspect. 

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD), no officers were injured during the incident. Authorities report that the confrontation began when an officer disrupted an ongoing altercation between two male individuals. The victim of the initial shooting was transported to a hospital in critical condition. 

The suspect, engaged by the police, was declared deceased at the scene.
