According to the Frankfort Police Department, this year’s event will feature a bike ride around Prairie Park, offering a unique opportunity for residents to interact with local law enforcement in a relaxed, informal setting. The Frankfort Public Library will also participate, providing story time and a variety of children’s activities to engage the younger attendees.

Families are encouraged to bring their bicycles and helmets to fully participate in the event. “Coasting with a Cop” aims to foster positive relationships between the police force and the community, promoting safety and mutual respect through shared activities and open dialogue.
