Indiana Pursuit of Stolen Chicago Car Ends in Crash: Miami Man Among the Arrested

PORTER COUNTY, IN – A high-speed chase along I-94 concluded dramatically near Burns Harbor exit Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. 

According to Indiana State Police, a white Chrysler 300, reported stolen from Chicago, led troopers on a frenzied chase before crashing. Julius A. Statham, 35, of Chicago, and Ka’darrius T. Roach, 28, from Miami, faced arrests. 

Both men momentarily eluded capture by fleeing into woods but later surrendered. Charges include allegations of vehicle theft and resisting law enforcement.
