Urgent Alert: Beloved Dog, Survivor of Illinois House Explosion, Missing in DeKalb County

EARLVILLE, IL – In the aftermath of a western DeKalb County house explosion this week, Fitz, a beloved French Bulldog, has gone missing.

Fitz was reportedly last seen wandering away from the disaster near the intersection of Goble Road and Bend Road in Earlville. Residents and community members are fervently searching for Fitz, who is known to respond to toys with squeakers.  It’s unknown if Fitz suffered any injuries in the incident.
