GOSHEN, Ind. — A tragic collision between a train and a car at the Main Street railroad crossing in Goshen, Indiana, resulted in the death of an Elkhart woman.
According to reports the incident, which occurred around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, claimed the life of 83-year-old Judith Gill. Gill, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances leading up to the crash, as the community grapples with this loss.
