CARMEL, Ind. – Candy Dynamics Inc. announced earlier this week a recall of 70 million units of their Slime Licker Sour Rolling Liquid Candy due to a choking hazard. The candy’s applicator ball has been reported to detach, posing a potential danger to children.

The recall encompasses products sold in various colors with the “TOXIC WASTE” and “MEGA TOXIC WASTE” branding. The affected products, sold between June 2015 and July 2023, ranged in price from $2 to $4. Sold at retailers like Walmart, Five Below, and e-commerce giant Amazon, consumers should immediately halt usage and contact Candy Dynamics for a full refund on non-empty products.

Although the firm has recorded two incidents of detachment, no injuries have been reported.
