MANHATTAN, IL – A traffic stop Monday afternoon in Manhattan took a dramatic turn as the driver executed a daring escape on foot. The event unfolded inside the parking lot of a local bank when a vigilant Manhattan Police Officer attempted to pull over a vehicle.
